5. The real things that matter in life are your relationships: professional, social, romantic, and family. Make a commitment to be true to yourself. All the time—24/7. Overcome your fears, be vulnerable with yourself, and find the truth within to define yourself. When you lead from within, you will have more loving, real relationships.
Consistently have positive messages for yourself. Be present and authentic to yourself, and then those around you. Hear the positive and use it to create positive reinforcement and clear stepping stones that will lead you to your goals, accelerate personal growth, and result in being more connected to yourself.
Do not live your life based on fear. Trust yourself. Make a commitment to consistently send yourself positive messages. What would you look like? How can you abandon the person inside who throws you under the bus?
